Acrylic is fragile; we ship like it is. Every order is insured. Returns are accepted, with one fair restriction.
Shipping
Dispatch time
In-stock items ship within 2 business days of order. Made-to-order pieces (the Obelisk Series, custom commissions) ship in 2 to 4 weeks; we'll confirm the timeline by email after the order is placed.
Packaging
Every case is wrapped in microfiber, then high-density polyethylene foam, then nested in a custom-cut double-walled corrugated box. We photograph every outbound order before sealing. The photo is attached to your shipping confirmation.
Insurance
All shipments are insured for full retail value, included in the cost of shipping. If a case arrives damaged: photograph the packaging immediately, then email hello@acrylictrove.com within 7 days. We file the claim; you get a replacement.
Rates (US)
- Standard (5-7 business days, fully insured): $9.50

International
We ship worldwide via UPS or DHL. Rates and duties are calculated at checkout. Some countries have restrictions on certain shipping carriers — we'll reach out if there's an issue.
Returns
You may return any unused case within 30 days of delivery for a refund. "Unused" means: no fingerprints, no dust, no scratches, original packaging intact.
Acrylic scratches easily, so this matters. If a returned case shows signs of use we'll either deduct a 35% restocking fee or return it to you at your expense — we explain which before processing.
Custom pieces, engraved Obelisk plates, and any case shipped outside the US are final sale.
Replacement guarantee
If a case fails to meet the dimensions and tolerances stated on its Certificate of Specification within the first year, we replace it. Email us with the case number and a photograph of the defect.
